Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and break rooms
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors in restrooms and replenish restroom supplies
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, wax, and polish floors as required
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaners and shampooers
- Dust furniture, fixtures, equipment, and partitions
- Wash walls and woodwork and clean windows, door panels, partitions, and window sills
- Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport to disposal areas
- Restock beverage stations and polish metalwork including fixtures and fittings
- Notify supervisor of any maintenance repairs or additions needed
- Comply with all company safety, risk management policies, and local and state health department guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Fluent in English
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. and walk, bend, twist, and stand for entire scheduled shifts up to 10 hours
- Must be available to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
