Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide personalized food & beverage recommendations
  • Prepare high-quality craft cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and proper techniques
  • Educate guests on specialty drinks, spirits, and menu offerings
  • Maintain bar setup, including bottles, glassware, and displays
  • Follow recipes and ensure consistency in food and beverage preparation
  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product rotation
  • Follow alcohol awareness standards and manage guest safety responsibly
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and service areas

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years bartending experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment
  • At least 1 year experience in a high-end cocktail bar setting
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
