Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized food & beverage recommendations
- Prepare high-quality craft cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and proper techniques
- Educate guests on specialty drinks, spirits, and menu offerings
- Maintain bar setup, including bottles, glassware, and displays
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in food and beverage preparation
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product rotation
- Follow alcohol awareness standards and manage guest safety responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and service areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years bartending experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment
- At least 1 year experience in a high-end cocktail bar setting
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
