Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests by name upon arrival, check credentials, process sales, and usher guests into the lounge
- Set the tone for the guest’s entire visit by providing a warm, professional, and personalized first impression
- Provide lounge tours and ensure guests are informed about all facilities, services, and booking options
- Take full ownership of the guest experience from arrival to departure employing a guest-first philosophy
- Listen to guest needs and offer confident recommendations to ensure high satisfaction
- Make decisions quickly and effectively when unanticipated situations arise
- Communicate with guests both over the phone and in person
- Possess basic working knowledge of alcoholic beverages and food offerings
- Complete paperwork related to daily sales, passenger counts, and miscellaneous reporting
Qualifications
- Concierge experience preferred — candidates without concierge experience must demonstrate a strong customer service background in hospitality, premium service, or client-facing roles
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Fluent in English
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and twist for entire scheduled shifts up to 10 hours
- Must be available to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
