Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver all food and beverage mobile orders directly to guests’ tables ensuring timely service and food quality
  • Serve food and beverage items using established rules and sequence of service in a timely and safe manner
  • Act as the contact point between Front of House and Back of House staff
  • Communicate food orders to chefs paying attention to priorities and special requests such as food allergies
  • Check in with guests and take additional orders or refill water as needed
  • Assist wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, utensils, and napkins
  • Answer guest questions about ingredients and menu items and maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
  • Inform restaurant staff about guest feedback or requests
  • Remove dirty dishes and utensils and maintain a clean and organized service area
  • Resolve guest complaints in a manner consistent with policy and with guest satisfaction in mind
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in the hospitality or hotel industry required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
