Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver all food and beverage mobile orders directly to guests’ tables ensuring timely service and food quality
- Serve food and beverage items using established rules and sequence of service in a timely and safe manner
- Act as the contact point between Front of House and Back of House staff
- Communicate food orders to chefs paying attention to priorities and special requests such as food allergies
- Check in with guests and take additional orders or refill water as needed
- Assist wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, utensils, and napkins
- Answer guest questions about ingredients and menu items and maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
- Inform restaurant staff about guest feedback or requests
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils and maintain a clean and organized service area
- Resolve guest complaints in a manner consistent with policy and with guest satisfaction in mind
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in the hospitality or hotel industry required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
