Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products safely and accurately
  • Operate motorized fueling vehicles including fuel tank trucks with standard and automatic transmissions
  • Operate non-motorized fueling vehicles including hydrant carts
  • Fuel and de-fuel aircraft per flight crew and flight plan requirements
  • Fuel ground support equipment including gasoline and diesel vehicles as required
  • Inspect fueling equipment and vehicles and report malfunctions or inconsistencies
  • Perform accurate fueling calculations and complete all required documentation associated with fueling activities
  • Respond to fuel emergencies such as fuel spills utilizing emergency response cart and follow established environmental and company guidelines
  • Interact with carrier personnel and utilize hand-held radios, telephones, and computers for communication
  • Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier security requirements

Qualifications

  • CDL driving experience required
  • Must possess a valid CDL A or B Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card
  • Must be able to obtain Hazmat and Tank Endorsement
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive, multiple shift, and team-oriented environment
  • Must be willing to work in all weather conditions including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight shifts
