Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from operational systems and communicate airline changes and updates to dispatch and catering teams
  • Monitor flight arrivals and departures to ensure timely catering operations
  • Track driver activity and alert management of delays or operational risks
  • Monitor international operations and provide timely updates to operations teams
  • Communicate directly with transportation teams to support operational decisions
  • Support delay investigations and provide data for operational reviews
  • Track changes in flights, gates, and service requirements
  • Serve as backup supervisor by directing workflow and resolving operational issues
  • Verify completion and accuracy of driver run sheets and service details
  • Respond to customer inquiries and document concerns or complaints
  • Maintain clear communication across all teams in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year experience directing or coordinating others
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with operational systems
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, and weekends
