Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze data from operational systems and communicate airline changes and updates to dispatch and catering teams
- Monitor flight arrivals and departures to ensure timely catering operations
- Track driver activity and alert management of delays or operational risks
- Monitor international operations and provide timely updates to operations teams
- Communicate directly with transportation teams to support operational decisions
- Support delay investigations and provide data for operational reviews
- Track changes in flights, gates, and service requirements
- Serve as backup supervisor by directing workflow and resolving operational issues
- Verify completion and accuracy of driver run sheets and service details
- Respond to customer inquiries and document concerns or complaints
- Maintain clear communication across all teams in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year experience directing or coordinating others
- Valid Driver’s License required
- High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with operational systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, and weekends
