Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers upon arrival and provide a welcoming, professional experience
  • Gather customer feedback to improve future rental experiences
  • Ensure customers remove all personal belongings from vehicles
  • Conduct discreet vehicle inspections for damage and report issues appropriately
  • Explain rental charges clearly and provide accurate receipts
  • Direct customers to the correct support channels when issues arise
  • Identify vehicles needing maintenance or grounding
  • Tag vehicles and move them to designated locations within the garage or lot
  • Support fleet organization and ensure smooth vehicle flow
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Assist with additional operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, banking, dispatch, or car rental preferred
  • Inventory or vehicle handling experience is a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • Must be available for full-time shifts, including mornings or evenings
  • Some travel may be required (5–10%)
