Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Gather customer feedback to improve future rental experiences
- Ensure customers remove all personal belongings from vehicles
- Conduct discreet vehicle inspections for damage and report issues appropriately
- Explain rental charges clearly and provide accurate receipts
- Direct customers to the correct support channels when issues arise
- Identify vehicles needing maintenance or grounding
- Tag vehicles and move them to designated locations within the garage or lot
- Support fleet organization and ensure smooth vehicle flow
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Assist with additional operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
- Experience in hospitality, retail, banking, dispatch, or car rental preferred
- Inventory or vehicle handling experience is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including mornings or evenings
- Some travel may be required (5–10%)
