Duties & Responsibilities
- Guide inbound and outbound aircraft to and from gates
- Load, unload, and transport baggage and cargo safely and efficiently
- Operate ground support equipment (belt loaders, tugs, tow tractors, etc.)
- Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with flight crews and ground teams
- Support on-time flight performance through teamwork and coordination
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Assist with additional duties and cross-training opportunities as needed
Qualifications
- Valid State Driver’s License (required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Must up able to handle up to 70 lbs regularly and navigate jetway stairs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions around aircraft equipment, with flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays required.
