Duties & Responsibilities

  • Guide inbound and outbound aircraft to and from gates
  • Load, unload, and transport baggage and cargo safely and efficiently
  • Operate ground support equipment (belt loaders, tugs, tow tractors, etc.)
  • Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures
  • Communicate effectively with flight crews and ground teams
  • Support on-time flight performance through teamwork and coordination
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Assist with additional duties and cross-training opportunities as needed

Qualifications

  • Valid State Driver’s License (required)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Must up able to handle up to 70 lbs regularly and navigate jetway stairs
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions around aircraft equipment, with flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays required.
