Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as the first point of contact in a professional and friendly manner
  • Guide customers through the rental process at the airport branch
  • Prepare rental agreements and explain optional add-ons or upgrades
  • Upsell vehicle options and services based on customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service while maximizing sales opportunities
  • Handle customer questions and concerns with a positive, service-focused approach
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient customer service workflow
  • Ensure a smooth and positive rental experience from start to finish

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in sales, customer service, retail, or tourism
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
