Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers as the first point of contact in a professional and friendly manner
- Guide customers through the rental process at the airport branch
- Prepare rental agreements and explain optional add-ons or upgrades
- Upsell vehicle options and services based on customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service while maximizing sales opportunities
- Handle customer questions and concerns with a positive, service-focused approach
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient customer service workflow
- Ensure a smooth and positive rental experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Must have experience in sales, customer service, retail, or tourism
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
