Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist passengers throughout the airport travel experience
- Rotate through check-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, arrivals, and other airport locations
- Support flight operations and help maintain on-time performance
- Provide professional customer service to passengers, including high-profile travelers
- Handle customer concerns and irregular situations with professionalism
- Partner with airline personnel, crew members, and airport authorities to ensure a safe travel experience
- Assist passengers with check-in and travel-related inquiries
- Navigate operational challenges in a fast-paced airport environment
- Utilize computer systems to complete customer service tasks
- Follow all airport, airline, and security procedures
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous airline or airport passenger service experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Computer skills required
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Must be available for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
