Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers throughout the airport travel experience
  • Rotate through check-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, arrivals, and other airport locations
  • Support flight operations and help maintain on-time performance
  • Provide professional customer service to passengers, including high-profile travelers
  • Handle customer concerns and irregular situations with professionalism
  • Partner with airline personnel, crew members, and airport authorities to ensure a safe travel experience
  • Assist passengers with check-in and travel-related inquiries
  • Navigate operational challenges in a fast-paced airport environment
  • Utilize computer systems to complete customer service tasks
  • Follow all airport, airline, and security procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Previous airline or airport passenger service experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Computer skills required
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Must be available for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
