Bartender

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests pleasantly and walk them through the ordering and payment system
• Prepare drinks following established recipes and ensure timely delivery
• Highlight menu options and make suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions
• Follow cash handling and register policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness within dining and service stations
• Support with moving and installing kegs of beer, CO2 tanks, and soda guns
• Communicate with Chefs and Managers to ensure timely food delivery to guests
• Monitor and report intoxicated guests to the Manager on Duty
• Inform leadership of low inventory, equipment issues, and guest feedback
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Perform additional tasks as requested by leadership

Qualifications

• 1–2 years bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
• Must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days and ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to lift 35 lbs., stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and adverse weather
