Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests pleasantly and walk them through the ordering and payment system
- Prepare drinks following established recipes and ensure timely delivery
- Highlight menu options and make suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Follow cash handling and register policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness within dining and service stations
- Support with moving and installing kegs of beer, CO2 tanks, and soda guns
- Communicate with Chefs and Managers to ensure timely food delivery to guests
- Monitor and report intoxicated guests to the Manager on Duty
- Inform leadership of low inventory, equipment issues, and guest feedback
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Perform additional tasks as requested by leadership
Qualifications
- 1–2 years bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
- Must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days and ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to lift 35 lbs., stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and adverse weather
