Bartender

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally at the bar
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
• Take drink and limited food orders from guests and servers
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system
• Prepare, mix, and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Prepare and maintain garnishes such as fruits and herbs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar setup at all times
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store bar tools, utensils, and glassware
• Ensure cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing the bar area regularly
• Remove trash and recycling following airport sanitation and security procedures
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines
• Process payments accurately, including cash, credit, and vouchers
• Reset and sanitize bar seating areas between guests
• Provide excellent customer service and encourage repeat visits

Qualifications

• Bartending experience preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
