Duties & Responsibilities
- Remove all trash from aircraft and clean and restock all lavatories and soiled magazines
- Clean aircraft floors, galleys, all seats, seat back pockets, and tray tables
- Complete daily equipment checks and associated checklists including security searches
- Use personal protective equipment including face shield and hearing protection at all times
- Be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment to communicate with all hub services agents
- Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags
- Maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, managers, airline employees, and airport authorities
- Ensure the operation functions in a safe, caring, dependable, and efficient manner at all times
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on a consistent basis and perform physical activities including bending, stooping, climbing, and working in tight spaces
- Must be available to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays — mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need
