Duties & Responsibilities
- Load galley equipment onto trucks and drive to various aircraft at EWR and local routes
- Unload dirty equipment and place trash in designated areas at the local facility
- Load galleys according to customer guidelines and airline representative instructions
- Interact professionally with airline representatives at the aircraft
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations during all activities
- Work as a member of the Transportation team
- Complete required paperwork and related administrative duties
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Up to one year of experience preferred
- CDL Class A or B license required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Able to read and write to complete required forms; English-speaking required
- Must be reliable and available to work varied schedules including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and at heights up to 25 feet or more
