Cook

• Prepare a variety of dishes including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and more using standardized recipes
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, broilers, and sauté pans
• Maintain consistent quality and portion control
• Prep, season, marinate, batter, and cook ingredients according to recipes
• Stock and restock stations to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Clean and sanitize workstations throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
• Solid culinary knowledge and kitchen skills
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure
• Willingness to follow direction
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and high-traffic environments
