Counter Personnel

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with professionalism and courtesy
• Take and input orders accurately into the POS system
• Process cash, credit, and digital payments following company procedures
• Assemble and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Restock grab-and-go items and rotate inventory as needed
• Refill and organize packaged product displays (PPD)
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas
• Follow cleaning schedules for service, prep, and dining areas
• Remove trash and recycling safely and regularly
• Communicate guest feedback or issues to management
• Support promotions, menu updates, and product rollouts
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and airport safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous food service or retail experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays
