Dispatcher

Duties & Responsibilities

• Dispatch and monitor shipments using the transportation management system
• Coordinate with drivers, airlines, vendors, and internal departments
• Monitor flight schedules, collections, deliveries, and shipment status
• Track driver routes and ensure timely completion of deliveries and collections
• Verify shipment documentation, trip sheets, and proof of delivery
• Maintain compliance with TSA security and chain of custody requirements
• Monitor inbound shipments and ensure all pieces are accounted for
• Report delays, damages, maintenance issues, and operational concerns
• Ensure drivers have the supplies and documentation needed for daily operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience in logistics
• High School Diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• English proficiency required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and computer systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Knowledge of geography preferred
