Food & Beverage Procurement Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement, support, and oversee all purchasing programs across supply chain operations
• Analyze pricing trends, invoice-level data, volume trends, and category spend
• Introduce and coordinate new supply chain programs, including vendor setup, product setup, and order guide implementation
• Provide training and coaching to operational staff to ensure compliance with procurement programs
• Perform monitoring functions and reporting to measure program success
• Track and maximize rebate programs
• Support new branch and unit openings with vendor introductions, product lists, and on-site coaching
• Communicate market pricing trends and make recommendations based on analysis
• Build relationships and collaborate across operations and procurement teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant purchasing, kitchen operations, or related field
• Management experience analyzing pricing/volume trends at a product-level
• Experience training and implementing new programs at the operational level
• High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to make strategic decisions and adapt to changing priorities
• Leadership skills with a bias for action and a collaborative mindset
