Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement, support, and oversee all purchasing programs across supply chain operations
- Analyze pricing trends, invoice-level data, volume trends, and category spend
- Introduce and coordinate new supply chain programs, including vendor setup, product setup, and order guide implementation
- Provide training and coaching to operational staff to ensure compliance with procurement programs
- Perform monitoring functions and reporting to measure program success
- Track and maximize rebate programs
- Support new branch and unit openings with vendor introductions, product lists, and on-site coaching
- Communicate market pricing trends and make recommendations based on analysis
- Build relationships and collaborate across operations and procurement teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant purchasing, kitchen operations, or related field
- Management experience analyzing pricing/volume trends at a product-level
- Experience training and implementing new programs at the operational level
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to make strategic decisions and adapt to changing priorities
- Leadership skills with a bias for action and a collaborative mindset
