Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the entrance and show them to their table while presenting menus
• Maintain a clean and orderly front door area and uphold a neat, well-groomed appearance
• Evenly manage workload between servers and provide assistance when needed
• Maintain solid product knowledge of the menu and floor plan
• Maintain knowledge of the airport, terminal, and restaurants to offer guests information and recommendations
• Communicate guest concerns and complaints to managers immediately
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must be fully conversational in English
• Must be available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather
• Able to stand for extended periods
