Lobby Attendant

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Create a warm, welcoming, and upscale arrival experience
• Assist guests with concierge-style services and special requests
• Escort guests to designated areas within the lounge
• Provide directions and information about lounge amenities
• Coordinate with team members to ensure exceptional guest service
• Serve as the first point of contact for lobby activities and guest inquiries
• Resolve guest concerns or follow proper escalation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and front desk area
• Complete daily checklists and assigned operational tasks
• Clean assigned areas using approved chemicals and equipment
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience required
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Reception, concierge, or front desk experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Computer literacy required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
