Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee daily airport operations in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
Spend approximately 80% of work time on the airport floor supporting customers and team members
Ensure all security policies and procedures are followed with the highest levels of integrity
Monitor customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency during each shift
Lead shift briefings, debriefings, team huddles, break schedules, and staff rotations
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve customer service and sales goals
Oversee company assets and technology devices, including troubleshooting operational issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with airport, airline, and TSA stakeholders
Manage incident prevention and response activities
Participate in station management meetings and operational planning
Support a positive team culture while maintaining operational excellence

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment required.
Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, aviation, rental car operations, or related industries preferred
High School Diploma or GED Preferred.
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
Experience leading teams in high-volume customer service environments preferred
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an airport SIDA badge
Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
Ability to motivate, mentor, and influence team members
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using technology and digital tools daily
Strong problem-solving and operational leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings.
