Sales Associate

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest customer service standards and ensure every customer has a pleasant shopping experience
• Operate a cash register efficiently including credit card transactions
• Maintain adequate stock levels by receiving product deliveries and restocking the store
• Follow company policies including cash handling and loss prevention procedures
• Inform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues
• Keep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out trash
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience; at least 6 months of luxury retail experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to stand for the duration of a shift
• Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs.
