Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests courteously and professionally
  • Walk guests through the ordering and payment process
  • Highlight menu, food, and beverage options; make suggestions based on preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Follow cash handling and point-of-sale procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service stations
  • Communicate with kitchen and management to ensure timely food delivery
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
  • Assist team members as needed to support smooth operations
  • Report guest complaints, low inventory, equipment issues, or intoxicated guests to management
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by leadership

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of server experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Must complete TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods
