Duties & Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with travelers and convert interactions into CLEAR membership enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for travelers and members
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Verify airline documents and traveler identification while adhering to all security and safety protocols
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling a variety of products and services based on customer needs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Open availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
